- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an accident March 27, 2017. I called and reported the accident and was given a claim number, my adjuster's info and thats all!!! I've been calling at least 3 times a week leaving voicemails with the adjuster and even his supervisor, neither of them have returned my calls. Its June 22, 2017 and I finally get a letter in the mail from Safeway Insurance telling me they are unable to assist me with my claim due to me not submitting documents. I'm highly pissed, I've never had an issue with an insurance company until now. They are very unprofessional, no one to communicate with at all! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My car was hit by a retard lady driving like a F1 racer in the turning lane. I had complete coverage insurance with safeway for my car.. Initially was scared reading all the reviews here, but i would appreciate efforts put in by Susan Brown and Kim Phillip from Alpharetta location.
