  It’s fairly easy to get an appointment and the office visits are Ok. The providers all seem to be ok. However the rest of this practice’s patient experience is abysmal. It’s incredibly difficult to talk with anyone in the office about refills, billing, or to obtain nurse-level advice. No one answers the phone except to make appointments. They direct you to communicate through the patient portal but they never respond there either. They need a major investment in operations. I am changing practices.

  I recently visited the office personally to obtain copy of recent lab results as no one was responding to the calls. The front desk person directed me to another person. The second person seems to be incharge of their new portal "Follow My Health" and asked me to set up access so that I can get all the records from the cloud. At first I was not interested as their earlier portal was useless as it contained just patient name and contact name. She convinced me that all the info is on the new portal and easy to obtain everything very easily. She then sent me link to set up account. After I set up new account I see zero information. All that I found was my name. No information about previous visits or recent lab results. I might seriously consider switching this provider as 4 of our family members use this facility. I gave one star just post my comment or else I would have given zero stars. Hope Hospital Management will soon realize and correct this
