  Don't use North Point Pediatrics! Terrible customer service! As of June 1st, a $10 fee is charged for the completion of physician forms if not completed during an annual well-visit. No notification except on a website and facebook page (which I do not frequent often!). My daughter's well-visit took place Dec '15. If I would have known the policy was going to change this June, I would have brought the physician form with me last December. We have been going to this practice since 2008 but we are now switching practices due to the lack of customer service. It's not about the $10, it's about the lack of concern for their customers! So disappointed!

  Started here when my kids (13 and 15) were born seeing another doctor who is no longer there. We have seen Cabrera, Mueller and Stepphenson and they are all great and I trust 100% with my kids healthcare. Spend lots of time with both parent and child addressing concerns. I brought my son in on a Friday at 4:30pm with concern about shoulder pain. The doctor was concerned enough to send us for an X-ray and said he would call us as soon as results were back regardless of what they were so we did not have to worry all weekend. He did call us right away and fortunately results were negative but did not make me feel like a crazy mom for being concerned. Some of the nursing staff are better than others, all are friendly though. Only complaint is that some of the staff overstep the bounds of what a provider should be talking to child about vs nursing staff. The nursing staff does not know (or did not look at) the entire health picture of the child before addressing my child's questions. Would be more professional to direct the child to speak with the doctor when she sees them. An example is my daughter suffers from an eating disorder and it says all over her chart that she is supposed to have a blind weight (child does not see scale) and not to tell her or discuss her weight. I even gave a note to the front desk to have them remind the nurse when we checked in and the nurse weighed her and told her her weight and said it was "perfect" not knowing that per her doctor and dietitian she still had 5 pounds to goal weight to make up for a huge weight loss. Another time a different nurse put her on the scale and yelled out her weight. When I brought my concerns to her doctor she was very understanding of concern and talked to the staff. The doctors are all great and ultimately that is who is treating your children. The nurses are all pleasant and friendly with the kids. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is due to a couple of the nursing staff as mentioned above.
